Design Brief
Student Outreach for Survivors (SOS) was partnering with multiple entities and putting on a community resource fair for survivors of sexual assault. They requested that a previously used flier be updated for this year’s fair. They provided no other assets. The client and I discussed using the logos of the various participating entities on the posters and fliers.
Research
The previous year’s flier was in poor shape. The InDesign file appeared to be damaged, with links missing, and the logo and other design elements were badly pixelated. I recreated the flier, replacing missing fonts, and used a logo for SOS that I found online. The client then requested T-shirts, so the logo needed additional refurbishing and redesign.

Critique
The client decided not to use the other organization logos on the flier, in part because we were not able to obtain them all. The client chose the logo and T-shirt sans rope design, and requested portrait, landscape, and legal size posters; letter size fliers; handouts; bookmarks; Visix for TV screens; and an advertising banner.
